Founded in 1988, Infotech Business Systems changed its name in 2001 to Doxess to reflect a new
strategic focus for our state-of-the-art industry and technology knowledge.
With our many years of experience, Doxess has developed extensive industry knowledge in process
management and document generation for the real estate, insurance, legal and financial industries.
In the past several years, Doxess software has created almost 15,000 electronic mortgage documents
in use by all Canadian banks.
Doxess' Founder
The founder of Doxess, Adel Asterbadi, has extensive experience in the IT field,
specifically in the area of system architecture and database design, with a particular focus on
performance (system response time, high efficiency, load balancing, asynchronous architecture).
Adel's formal education in engineering and computer science as well as 13 years experience with
the IBM Corporation provides him with the foundation needed to mold the current suite of Doxess
business solutions.
The Doxess Team
Although small in size (currently 12 consultants as of May 2006), collectively, Doxess's senior staff has over
100 years of experience in system architecture, component design, business analysis,
and change management. The highly trained team works in a cooperative environment to produce quality
solutions for Doxess customers. The company is very proud of its low employee turnover rate, which is an anomaly in the IT
industry.
Doxess' Goal
The Doxess goal is to enable clients to focus on their core business by providing turnkey solutions,
which include application development and outsourcing. The combination of business knowledge
and advanced technology allows Doxess to provide efficient and highly
sophisticated business solutions based on a complex balance between performance, functionality,
and cost of ownership.
Doxess' Future Direction
Doxess' vision is to make technology work for people, helping them do their jobs in a more natural
and effective way. This includes program-to-program and people-to-program interaction to complete
a business process. Doxess recognizes the difficulties companies are experiencing with multiple data
entry in several systems in their organization. Doxess' future work flow solution will not be limited
to operators performing tasks that are part of a process
but will also include more sophisticated programmed solutions that become part of the completing that process.
Partnerships
Doxess is a Microsoft Certified Partner, which gives us complete access to Microsoft's current
and new developments and technologies. This also provides Doxess with a window
into the Microsoft products that have not yet been introduced to the market place. Being a Microsoft
Certified Partner also gives Doxess extensive resources from Microsoft such as training and technical
support.
